Bonjour! I’m Byrne, information mercenary. Experienced in Public Affairs, Public Relations, Media Relations, and Strategic Communications.
I really enjoy writing about any and all topics because I like to learn. My 20 years in the U.S. Army gave me many experiences to use in my writing. I have been to Iraq, Afghanistan, most of Europe…lived in Germany for a few years and enjoyed it.
I have spent the last few years doing a few specific tasks. I developed skills, skills which make me a danger for someone looking for an information mercenary.
My undergraduate degree gave me training in writing for radio, television and film including but not limited to print news, broadcast news, and copy writing for commercials.
I have worked for 10 years in public affairs where my duties include:
-Writing press releases
-Speech writing
-Engaging with local, national and international media
-Crisis communications
-Producing, writing, proofing written, broadcast, social media internal and external communication products for release
-Writing, producing and executing communication strategies and messages to guide organizations and leaders to engage in the dynamic media environment
